Permission for the change of use from a public library to five residential apartments, with a shared entrance lobby, including alterations to rear elevation only. The proposed would involve carrying out of works to a protected structure and includes all associated site works

Permission for the retention of an existing single storey rear extension to existing restaurant as constructed and the change of use of an existing building from a restaurant into two no. residential apartments, one no. apartment on the ground floor and one no. duplex apartment on the first and second floor including external alterations to the front and rear elevations of the existing building as well as all associated site works.

Permission for a) the demolition of the boundary wall fronting North Main Street, b) the construction of a two-storey building comprising pharmacy on the ground floor and 1 no. apartment on the first floor, and c) reconstruction of southern gate pier and replacement yard gates including associated site services and site development works

Change of use at first & second floor, from residential dwelling to 2 No. 2-bedroom apartments. Proposed stairwell to rear of building, elevational changes to rear of building, and all associates site works and services.

Restoration and alteration of Tynte’s Castle and permission for change of use from use as a vacant warehouse to a dwelling house. This is a protected structure RPS1202 and a recorded monument CO067-02908. This work will include (i) alterations to internal layouts including the insertion of new timber stud walls (ii) restoration, repair work, and minor alterations to existing walls including lime-rendering the castle walls (iii) insertion of an additional timber floor at third floor level along with an associated new stairs (iv) reinstating previously closed up window openings in external walls (v) alterations to existing annex to the rear including creation of a new gable window to the rear (vi) insertion of rooflights to both the castle and annex (vii)new connection to public sewer and (vii) all ancillary site works.

A)Retention of therapy clinic and signage on ground floor and b) conversion of 2 no. 1 bed apartments into 1 no. 2 bed apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors and all ancillary site works to complete the development.
