Site planning risk brief

Installation of a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Array (Proposed Area = 2403m2) on the upper level of an existing ground and first floor carpark building, construction of an extension to an existing electrical switch room located under the access ramp to the upper level of the carpark and all ancillary site development works at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.

Construction of 2 no. one storey modular buildings for office use and 2 no. storage containers to the north of the existing Operation Support Group Building including all ancillary site development works at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.

The works will include the construction of a new electrical building, emergency back-up electrical power generation, an associated containment bund, screening and associated site development works including minor modifications to internal roads and drainage. The proposed development is covered by an external industrial emissions license no. P0864-01

1) The construction of an electrical building, 2) i) amendments to the footprint and elevations of the recently permitted water treatment and electrical building which was granted planning under Planning Ref. 20/05207, ii) the construction of a first floor electrical room extension to this permitted water treatment and electrical building. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Pollution Control License No. P0013-04. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.

Works involving the replacement of approximately 80m of existing 2.4m high chainlink fence and associated gates with new 2.4m high green palisade security fencing/gates and all associated works at an existing Above Ground Natural Gas Installation.

Permission for the construction of a guardhouse building and associated works, including; canopy, ramp, concrete plaza, local internal access road widening, fencing, external lighting, drainage and footpaths. An existing permitted storage shed will also be kept on site indefinitely (currently subject to permission to demolish as part of planning reference 20/5533). The proposed development is covered by an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence no. P0013-05. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the third schedule of the Major Accidents Regulations will be submitted with the application
