Erect 90,908m2 of photovoltaic panels on a ground mounted system. The development will comprise of an 11.00 MWp solar PV farm on 18.71 hectares of land located to the east of the existing Nutricia Infant Nutrition Limited Factory with all associated site works. The electricity generated will be used by the Nutricia Infant Limited site, which currently operates under an IPPC License issued by the Environmental Protection Agency Reg. No. P0792-02 and an IED Licence issued by the Environmental Protection Agency Reg. No. IE-GHG140-1041-4. The development will comprise of photovoltaic panels with ground mounted frames together with all ancillary cabling and electrical infrastructure; 1 no. transformer cabin; 1 no. spare parts cabin; using all temporary ways, temporary construction compound/set-down area and boundary security fencing included on the application.

Permission to carry out the following on the lands to the east of their existing baby food production facility. 1) construction of a new hard standing compound. The compound to be secured with 2.9m high palisade fence, 2) installation of 6MW (3x2MW) of Hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) stationary standby generators for emergency electricity generation, each generator is enclosed in a weatherproof container (3.710m high x 14.6m long x 3.65m wide), 3) installation of 3 no. transformers within the compound and associated cabling, 4) installation of 2 no. bunded fuel storage tanks (5.15m long x 2.3m wide x 2.4m high), 5) extension to the existing western concrete roadway within the Nutricia site to access the compound, 6) All associated site works and interconnecting underground cabling. The electricity generated will be used by the Nutricia Infant Nutrition site, during times of interrupted electrical supply from the national grid. Nutricia Infant Nutrition currently operates under an Integrated Pollution, Prevention and Control Licence

1. Permission for completion and retention of the single storey extensions on the western and southern elevation of the existing electrical switch room 'Building A' 2. Permission for retention of the single storey spare sparts store ' Building B' 3. Permission for retention of the single storey air compressor room 'Building C' 4. Permission for retention of the single storey air compressor room ' Building D' 5. Permission for retention of the outdoor seating area and associated canopy on the western elevation of the existing canteen. All on the site of their existing Baby Food production Facility at Inchinashingane, Macroom, Co. Cork. The application relates to a development for the purpose of an activity requiring an Integrated Pollution, Prevention and Control Licence.

Permission to carry out the following on the site of their existing baby food production facility: 1) Removal of existing redundant heavy fuel oil storage tanks, 2) Construction of an overflow storage warehouse with an overall height of 11.4m and a floor area of 667.5m2, 3) Installation of rooftop air handling unit and associated support platform on the new warehouse, 4) All associated site works. The development relates to an activity in relation to which an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Licence is required.

To carry out the following on the site of existing baby food production facility: (a) Construct a single storey warehouse extension on to the eastern elevation of the existing warehouse (b) Construction of a new loading bay and associated canopy on to the southern elevation of the proposed warehouse extension (c) Construction of a sprinkler valve room on to the western elevation of the proposed loading bay (d) Installation of HVAC equipment and support steelwork for same on to the roof of the proposed warehouse extension (e) Associated siteworks. The development relates to an activity in relation to which a revised Integrated Pollution, Prevention and Control Licence is required.
