Site planning risk brief

To construct all weather training pitch with walls at both ends for hurling training purposes and lighting to approx. 500 lux. using floodlights on 6 No. 12m high columns, moving footprint of existing GAA pitch approximately 7m, constructing a new wastewater treatment system from the existing dressing rooms and all associated site works.

To construct a 22.4m2 single storey classroom extension with associated site works.

To install a fire water holding tank with palisade fence surround and to construct an associated pumphouse.

(1) Extension to their existing storage warehouse (2) Construction of an external canopy to the rear of the facility and (3) Associated siteworks at their existing facility.

(1) Minor modifications to the external façade (granted under Planning Reg. No. 21/5252) which includes one emergency exit door and one window on the northern elevation, one emergency exit door on the western elevation and using Kingspan RW Panel in lieu of Kingspan Cold Store Panel on the northern and western elevations (2) Installation of a new freezer container connected to the existing warehouse on the northern elevation and retention on completion for enclosing the walls around the existing external canopy to the north east of the site (granted under Planning Reg. No. 21/5252), including forming an emergency exit door on the eastern elevation and a roller shutter door on the north eastern elevation.

1) Construct an extension to their existing storage warehouse on the northern elevation. 2) Construction of a forklift charging room on the western elevation of the existing warehouse. 3) Installation of a new sectional door on the northern elevation of the existing facility. 4) Associated siteworks all at their existing facility.
