Permission for a) the retention of an existing soiled water tank and associated settlement tanks, b) the construction of a roof structure over the existing soiled water tank and associated settlement tanks, c) the demolition of an existing lined stand-off pad, d) the construction of an agricultural building over existing roofless livestock cubicles, e) the construction of an agricultural building comprising of livestock cubicles and feeding areas and f) all associated site works

The development will consist of quarrying activities within the red line application area of 40.17ha of an existing permitted quarry (06/13499 and PL04.226347). Development is sought for a period of 20 years. The proposed development will comprise the extension of the existing quarry excavation area vertically by an additional 2 X 18m high benches from the current floor level of ca.4mAOD to -32mAOD and a deepening of the quarry sump from the current level of ca -22mAOD to -36mAOD within the permitted extraction footprint area of 20.2ha. The proposed development will involve the stripping of overburden and its storage for use in environmental bunds and site restoration; the extraction of rock by means of blasting, the crushing and processing of rock. The proposed development will utilise the existing quarry infrastructure and other ancillaries to complete the works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.

A) Extension & alterations to existing dwelling & b) Upgrading & relocation of existing septic tank to proprietary treatment system.

Permission for the following proposed works at site location Knockaneroe, Crookstown, Co. Cork; proposed works include: 1) To decommission existing septic tank and to install a new wastewater treatment system on site to serve existing dwelling house, 2) Proposed alteration works to existing vehicular site entrance, 3) To demolish 2no. disused onsite domestic ancillary structures and, 4) All associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.

Permission for demolition of existing boiler house and shed located at southern elevation at the rear of existing cottage and also full planning permission for the construction of single storey extension to existing eastern elevation to be used as living area and construction of single storey granny flat to existing southern elevation.

The construction of a residential development of 61 no. dwellings consisting of 23 no. detached, 26 no. semi-detached and 12 no. terraced two storey dwellings together with all associated site development works including the provision of a new site entrance, road widening, a footpath and public lighting along the L2216 road frontage to the site.
