Site planning risk brief

Construction of an animal and agricultural vehicle river crossing and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted with the application.

(1)Construction of new inlet works, new storm overflow and flow splitting chamber, new aeration tanks, new settlement tanks, and cloth filter structure, new storm tank, new sludge drying reed beds, new outfall pipeline together with associated tanks, chambers, pipelines, provisions of new admin and welfare modular kiosk, upgrade to boundary treatment to include 2.4m high weld mesh fence, new internal access road, public lighting and all associated site development works (2) Construction of new admin/welfare modular building. (3) decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant, equipment and associated structures as part of the upgrade works. (4) Construction of 150kW photovoltaic (PV) solar panels on ground mounted frames on the south-east area of the site. The grid connected to PV panels will be arranged in 5 no. rows with an overall panel area of 745sqm approximately. Provision of a kiosk/modular unit for associated electrical equipment. (5) All associated site development works above and below ground.

1) A light industrial building for the use of cheese portioning and packaging, 2) Ancillary office accommodation, 3) Plant and electrical substation rooms, 4) Storm water network to include attenuation, infiltration system and outfall storm line, 5) Foul water network to include a pre-discharge treatment system to the public sewer, pumped sump and rising main, 6) Staff carparking and bike stands, 7) Totem signage, 8) Works associated with a new vehicular and pedestrian entrance from the R577, 9) All associated site works and site services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.

Planning Permission is sought for (1) The demolition of remainder of existing dis-used tyre centre, (2) The Retention of: (i) Demolition of part of the dis-used tyre centre, (ii) Alterations to site levels with provision of hardstanding areas used for the open storage of tyres and 2 no. shipping containers used for storage of tools, (iii) Existing entrance gate, (iv) Existing entrance, and (3) Permission to: (i) Construct new building for use as a tyre centre, (ii) Construct new vehicular entrance, (iii) Construct Earthen bund, (iv) Construct staff and customer car parks, (v) Construct access route from car parks to tyre centre including stepped access, (vi) Erect new wall and fence between site and applicants adjacent site, (vii) Erect post and chain fencing along roadside boundary, (viii) Erect new palisade fencing, (ix) Installation of onsite waste water treatment system, (x) Relocation of existing entrance gates to site, (xi) Re-surface existing site with concrete & tarmac, (xii) Erect stock proof fencing to create a 25m Buffer Zone to North West corner of site (xiii) The installation of 4 no. shipping containers for use as storage, and (xiv) All ancillary site works including the installation of a hydrocarbon interceptor. This application is a repeat submission for planning permission which has recently lapsed (17/4883).

1) Demolish existing canopy at the front of the cheese processing & storage building, 2) to construct extensions at the front, rear and sides of the existing cheese processing & storage building, 3) services and plant area on the new roof at the rear including solar panels, 4) fire escape staircases from the lower ground floor at both sides of the building, 5) carparking, 6) signage & 7) all associated services & site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted as part of the planning application.
