Permission for the construction of a 300-kilowatt ground-mounted photovoltaic panel array, associated electrical equipment and cabling on an area of existing hard-standing to the east of the main building on site. The array will have a maximum height of 3 metres above the existing ground level.

The development will comprise of a single-storey extension to an existing electrical MV switch room building of approx. 25sqm; modifications to the existing electrical switch room building that are required to accommodate the proposed extension; and all associated site-development works.

The proposed development is a change of plan from that originally permitted under Cork County Council planning reference 06/12722 & ABP ref. PL04.224953 and extended under ref. 13/4725, 18/4980, 21/7517. This application will result in the redesignation of house address's as outlined on the proposed site layout, there are no additional units proposed as part of this planning application

Completion and change of plan of house No.'s 25,26,27 Codrum Way. The proposed changes to above comprise of the following: a) the construction of a revised site entrance layout to provide for delegated car parking to house No.'s 25,26,27 Codrum Way, b) re-orientation of a play area to the common area c) all associated site works. The proposed development is a change of plan form that originally permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 06/12722 & ABP Ref. PL04.224953 and extended under Pl.Reg.No.'s 13/4725, 18/4980, 21/7517.

Construction of a new two storey dwelling house with veranda, storage shed for domestic use and ancillary to the applicant's gardening business, and associated site development works.

Demolition of existing dwellinghouse and storage shed and construction of residential development of 156 no. residential units comprising of 18 no. detached dwellings, 50 no. semi-detached dwellings, 84 no. terraced dwellings and 4 no. apartments, creche, 2 no. ESB sub-stations, foul water underground pumping station to include control building, new vehicular entrance and right hand turning lane and all associated site development works to include landscaping and the expansion of an existing waste water treatment plant on a separate site.
