Permission is sought to facilitate emergency protection works for a phased plan conservation of 1 no. existing structure & restoration of 2 no. existing residential vernacular buildings, within the curtilage of 'CO124/056 Settlement Cluster' under the protection of the record of monuments and places. Development will also entail the construction of a new single storey extension between existing buildings forming a single family dwelling. In addition to partial removal & reconstruction of residual structures, the development will also include glasshouse construction, landscaping works, boundary treatments, DWWTS system, SuDS drainage plan & all associated site development works

The construction of 2 no. two-storey detached dwelling houses, 2 No. site entrances the installation of 2 no. wastewater treatment units and associated sand polishing filters the installation of 2 no. new connections to public water mains and all ancillary works.

Construction of a caravan park consisting of 34 mobile standings, septic tank, filter system constructed on-site, polishing filter and associated site works to service these developments.

The construction of a dwelling house and domestic garage and associated site works.

Permission for alteration, extension and changes of use to premises as follows; a) existing ground floor area of dwelling to change from existing residential use to commercial use, namely food storage and staff facilities for the existing café, b) alter and extend the first floor area of the existing dwelling, and change it's use to use for short term letting as single 3 no. bedroom "living over shop" type dwelling house, c) install new waste water treatment plant to replace the existing septic tank.

Permission to carry out the following extensions and alterations: 1) Extend the existing dwelling to a 3 bedroom residence, with ground and first floor extensions to side and front of the premises, also extension to rear of the dwelling with alterations to elevations of the dwelling including a balcony with glass railing at first floor level. 2) The ground floor extension shall also provide staff changing room facilities - namely commercial use. 3) Install new waste water treatment plant and decommission of septic tank. 4) Close existing vehicular entrance and provide new set back vehicular entrance and new car park facility. 5) Provide all associated site works. 6) Carry out a programme of landscaping to generally enhance the property.
