Permission for the development of a 3 metres high extension on top of the existing 24 metres lattice telecommunications support structure previously granted permission (Pl.Reg.No. 18/4049) to give an overall height of 27 metres, together with antennas, remote radio units (RRU’s), dishes, supporting fixtures and all associated site development works to provide for high-speed wireless data and broadband services.

Retain a 24 metre high lattice telecommunications support structure (previously granted permission under Pl. Reg. No. 09/6155 which was a temporary permission which has expired) carrying antennae and link dishes together with associated equipment units and security fencing

Permission for the decommissioning of the existing 18m high telecommunications support structure and planning permission to replace it with a 36m high lattice telecommunication support structure carrying antennas and dishes together with associated ground-based equipment all enclosed in security fencing.

Construction of dwelling house, detached domestic garage, entrance septic tank, percolation area and all associated site works.

Permission for: 1) Construction of a new front porch, 2) Single storey side extension to the existing dwelling including alterations to the elevations of the existing dwelling house, 3) Convert the existing garage into a proposed granny flat including alterations to the elevations of the existing garage, 4) Construction of a link extension from the proposed granny flat to the existing dwelling house, 5) All associated site works.
