Permission to a) demolish existing garage to the northern side of existing dwelling house, b) demolish single storey extension to the rear of the eastern elevation, c) construct a new single storey extension to the northern and eastern elevation's, d) alterations to fenestration of the existing projection on the western elevation and e) all associated site works

Permission to: (A) Demolish existing garage to the north side of existing dwelling house (B) Demolish single storey extension to the rear east of existing dwelling (C) Construct a new extension to the side (north) and rear (east) of existing dwelling with new roof construction and dormer window to front (west) and (D) Develop attic space to living accommodation consisting of 3 bedrooms and shower room.

Retention of i) extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling house at ground floor level & ii) extension at the rear of the dwelling at first floor level which includes conversion of part of the existing attic to a habitable space.

To construct a one-and-a-half storey dormer style detached dwelling with provision for 2 no. vehicular car spaces off the public road and all associated site works including removal of front boundary wall to suit.

The construction of a part 2-storey, part 3-storey building to accommodate a primary healthcare centre of 2,246sqm with associated medical consulting and treatment rooms, GP mental health facility, ancillary healthcare professional services suite, storage, laundry/waste disposal area, landscaping works, boundary treatments, including 21 no. surface car parking spaces and 1 no. ambulance drop-off space, all of the above located on a site of C.0.33HA.

Permission for the construction of a part 2-storey, part 3-storey building to accommodate a primary healthcare centre of 2,326sqm with associated medical consulting and treatment rooms, GP practice, mental health facility, dental, ancillary healthcare professional services suite, storage, associated signage and external landscaping works, including new access road, 33 no. surface car parking spaces, 1 no. ambulance drop-off space, refuse store and boundary treatments, all of the above located on site of c.0.33Ha. Permission is also sought for resurfacing and line-marking of adjacent land c.022Ha owned by Kanturk Co-Operative Mart Ltd. providing an additional 50 no. car parking spaces off-site and associated uncontrolled pedestrian crossing as per previous permission Pl.Reg.No. 18/06896.
