Erection of slatted house and associated site development works

The Proposed Development will consist of the installation of 1 no. 12m monopole telecommunications structure carrying 2 no. radio-link dishes, ground-based single bay-cabinet, fibre chamber, temporary access track, 1.2m wooden post and rail fencing with 1m access gate, ancillary equipment and all associated site development works. The development is required to carry the broadband data from the new high speed fibre broadband network on the island, to the mainland by radio link, to connect to the NBI national fibre network, as part of the government’s national broadband plan to provide high speed broadband to all parts of the country that are not available commercially, including the islands, at the same data speed.

Construction of a dwelling house and all associated site works

Permission for changes to the design of proposed community centre approved under planning reference 22/00039 including: (i) addition of accommodation to first floor level, (ii) installation of windows and rooflights to first floor level, and (iii) enlargement of proposed wastewater treatment system

Renewal of previously approved planning application reference 15/626 for the demolition of the existing community hall and ancillary buildings, construction of a new 395sqm community centre (containing a main hall, library, medical suite, offices, computer room, kitchen and miscellaneous plant/wc/storage areas) together with a wastewater treatment plant and all associated site works

Provision of 5 no. 12.2sqm camping pods, 3 no. 17.3sqm camping pods, ancillary landscaping works to the new camping area, conversion of an existing dormitory to become a self catering kitchen/dining space serving the new camping pods and relocation of access to the adjoining shower/WC space
