Extend existing sand and gravel quarry at Fourcuil TD into Garranecore TD, involving extension of existing internal haulage road in Fourcuil TD to the proposed sand and gravel quarry area, including provision of a bridge over Garraneard stream, importation of clean stone and soil for reinstatement works, carrying out of associated landscaping / biodiversity works and all other associated works

Construct an extension with slatted slurry tank to existing cattle house, construct an earth bunding to existing overground slurry storage tank and carry out associated site works

Construct a dwelling house incorporating a domestic garage together with all ancillary siteworks

Permission for use of imported soil and stone for reinstatement of part of sand and gravel quarry and carry out all associated site works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared and will be submitted to the Authority with the application.
