Permission for extensions and renovation of existing detached dwelling, including construction of a two-storey extension and modifications to existing elevations. Planning permission is also sought for proposed new waste-water treatment unit/septic tank & associated percolation area: Proposed new vehicular entrance from the adjoining laneway along with all associated site developments works.

Demolition of stables with loft, domestic garage, cow stalls, partially built single storey extension to rear of dwelling and erect single and two storey extensions to side, front and rear of existing dwelling and alterations to elevations of said dwelling, internal alterations to change layout, convert calf house to studio for domestic use ancillary to the use of the dwelling and alterations to elevations of same, install new treatment system, bored well and all associated site works.

The construction of dwelling (change of plan from that permitted under Pl. Reg. No 19/4660) and all associated site works.

Permission for retention of a) demolition of a ruinous single storey out building, b) a cottage formerly used as a farm outbuilding, c) a waste water treatment unit. Also, Permission for d) change of use of said cottage to ancillary residential accommodation comprising a pilates studio/office/domestic storage area ancillary to the proposed new dwelling, e) demolition of a disused agricultural shed, f) construction of new single-storey dwelling with car port and associated site works

Permission for retention of: 1) Demolition of existing ruinous single storey outbuilding on site and reconstruction of the building for use as a family dwelling, 2) Erection of 1 no. prefabricated, 1 bedroom unit for habitable use as ancillary guest accommodation, 3) Erection of 1 no. prefabricated glamping pod for ancillary domestic use, 4) Installation of 2 no. domestic waste water treatment systems. Permission for: 1) Demolition of existing agricultural shed and construction of a single storey dwelling with detached single storey garage, 2) Change of use of existing converted outbuilding from dwelling to 1 no. unit for short-term let, 3) Change of use of existing glamping pod from ancillary domestic use to short-term let, 4) All associated ancillary site works.

To construct a single storey detached dwelling, to construct a new entrance, to construct a new waste water treatment unit with percolation area to serve the proposed new dwelling, and all associated site works.
