Permission for the construction of dwelling house, wastewater treatment system and all associated site development works

Permission for the following works to 3no. existing dwelling houses (previous planning ref W/98/2500): i) retention of extension to House 1, ii) retention of House 2, constructed at variance to the approved plans, iii) retention and completion of House 3, constructed at variance to the approved plans, iv) permission for construction of single storey extension to House 3, v) permission for installation of 3no. individual wastewater treatment systems including decommissioning of existing systems, vi) permission for construction of 3no. detached outbuildings ancillary in use to the dwelling houses, vii) permission for change of site boundaries of the 3no. dwelling houses and viii) all associated site works

Permission for retention of a single storey ancillary domestic garage

Construct extensions and alterations to dwelling, to upgrade existing septic tank and all associated siteworks

Permission for a) Demolition of existing northern, southern and western single storey sections, b) Construction of a new single storey extension to the southern and western elevations, c) Construction of a new single storey and two storey extension to the northern elevation, d) Remove existing roof of two storey section and raise roof / wall level of same, d) Fenestration changes to all elevations, f) Decommission existing septic tank system and install a new package waste water treatment system, g) Close off existing site entrance and create a new site entrance to property off adjoining public roadway along with all associated site works

Permission for retention of dwelling and revised site boundaries / alterations to that as granted under Pl. Reg. No. 16/723) and for all associated site works
