Retention of the following; 1) the change of use of a domestic attic storage space to domestic accommodation including a bedroom and bathroom; 2) the addition of rooflights to the existing east and southern roofs; all to the existing two storey detached dwelling.

Proposed works to include: 1) To decommission existing septic tank and to install new wastewater treatment system on site to serve existing dwelling house, 2) To demolish existing 2-storey annex extension located to rear of dwelling, partial demolition of existing single storey lean-to shed on side elevation of dwelling and demolish existing front entrance porch serving dwelling, 3) To construct new 2-storey and single-storey extensions to existing dwelling and to construct new front entrance porch to serve dwelling, 4) Minor alterations to existing elevations of dwelling and 5) All associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
