Ancillary site development works include the relocation of the existing vehicular entrance to the site from Bakers Road, additional outdoor storage and surface car parking areas, bicycle parking stands, elevational signage and rooftop photovoltaic solar panels. Permission for Retention for the extension of the existing concrete yard and its use as an ancillary outdoor storage area. Permission for Retention for ancillary mobile structures which include a steel timber rack and canopy shelter which are to be relocated within the site.

Permission for a new 2.4m high security fence with cranked top and all associated site works for the purposes of enclosing an existing standby generator and all ancillary equipment.
