Site planning risk brief

Planning Permission for the following: (i) To construct 3 no. bonded warehouses (ii) to construct a Fire Pump Building (iii) Installation of a Fire Fighting Tank and Construction of a Firewater Retention / Attenuation Pond (iv) Construction of a new internal roadway (v) New site boundaries with security fencing along with all associated site works

Permission for retention of (a) site cabin 1 (constructed to replace the existing site office as permitted under Pl Reg. 99/7165, (b) machinery shed, (c) store cabin 2, (d) site cabin 3, (e) store cabin 4, (f) permission for retention of existing sign at entrance and permission for retention and for continued use of the buildings for site office and storage of materials, machinery and plant for plant hire and general building and all associated site works

Permission for the following: (i) retention of detached domestic garage with study to first floor, (ii) retention of conversion of attic to habitable space including installation of dormer window and 4 no. rooflights, (iii) retention of porch, (iv) retention of installation of window to eastern gable and other external fenestration changes, and (v) permission for construction of new single storey extension

Permission for change of use of building from use as theatre (formally Gortacloona National School) to use as dwelling and to include construction of a ground floor extension, extension of the first floor accommodation within the existing building, alterations to fenestration and elevations of existing building to include raising of roof level and installation of replacement of wastewater treatment system with associated site works

Permission for: (i) demolition and removal of existing shed structures (ii) construction of replacement shed/building for storage and horticulture use, and (iii) associated site works

Retention of existing farm retail warehouse use. Permission is also sought for: (a) Change of use of part of existing storage to proposed extended farm retail warehouse use at ground floor level; (b) Construction of new single storey garden centre at ground floor level and (c) a new storage mezzanine at first floor level over the existing farm retail warehouse area and part of the proposed extended farm retail warehouse area, including 2 no. fire escape stairs and a service lift: (d) Alterations to north, south and western elevations, including provision of new entrance surround and fenestration, together with alterations to entrance approach and new signage; (e) Removal of disused fuel tanks and bunded surround and provision of additional car and bicycle parking; (f) All associated site works, fencing and services.
