Permission for a Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (HVO) generator and associated works within the existing permitted quarry (planning ref QR10, an Board Pleanála ref;04.QC.2012) comprising 1 no. HVO generator, 1 no. fuel storage tank (internally bunded) on a concrete slab ( approx. 39 sqm), palisade fencing surrounding generator and fuel storage tank, all within an application area of 0.024 hectares at the existing Ballygarvan Quarry.

Permission for the continuation of use of existing construction and demolition (C&D) waste recovery facility at Killanully, Ballygarvan, co.Cork (previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Ref. 16/05993). Recovery activities principally comprise crushing of construction and demolition waste materials using mobile plant and stockpiling of materials on existing hard standing area on site of 1.9 hectares with in an existing quarry. The application also includes provision for a waste inspection shed (35m2) and a new wheel wash at the site. The recovery facility will continue to share other existing site infrastructure including a portacabin office and weighbridge

Extension and alterations to dwellinghouse and associated site works

Extend rear of existing single storey dwelling and to construct first floor extension, alterations to elevations of existing dwelling provision of access ramps, upgrade existing waste water treatment plant and all associated site works.

1) Permission for retention of existing 15m telecommunications support structure carrying antenna and dishes, communications cabinets and associated site works within a chain-link fenced compound previously granted under Pl.Reg.No. 08/9652. 2) Permission to install additional antenna, dish equipment to the support structure including ground equipment cabinets and associated site works.
