Permission for a dwelling house, an effluent treatment system & associated site works

To demolish the ruin of an old dwelling house and permission for the construction of a new dwelling house, a domestic garage, effluent treatment system and associated site works.

(1) To erect a new timber store and associated siteworks and drainage (2) Retention of the following: (a) Retention of existing timber store (b) retention of existing truck servicing building and septic tank (c) Retention of existing goods store (d) retention of existing prefabricated offices and septic tank (e) retention of existing bunded diesel storage tank (f) retention of existing truck wash facility including silt traps and interceptors (g) retention of existing hardstanding areas including drainage, silt traps, interceptors and soak pits (h) retention of existing water tank for the storage of water for fire fighting, all at their existing haulage facility.

Permission to 1) construction of a firewood storage building, with an overall height of 8.92m and a floor area of 1807m2, 2) construction of a fire wood dispatch building with an overall height of 7.62m and a floor area of 455m2, 3) retention of soil berms, hard standing, concrete retaining wall and 4) all associated site works

To construct a dwelling with garage, entrance, waste water treatment plant & polishing filter.

Retention of: a) alterations to dwelling (change of roof from hipped to gables, removal of arch in front façade and omission of left-hand chimney from that permitted under Ref. 76/3185, b) domestic garage and c) storage shed (for agricultural machinery).
