Permission for Retention of modifications to the development permitted under application register reference 99/7075 and comprises the erection of a storage shed (71.9sqm), control room (10.3sqm), storage container (29.7sqm) and 3no. overground tanks, modifications to permitted silo, and internal modifications comprising additional mezzanine floorspace and stairs (152.5sqm), all of which are ancillary to the operation of the site as a bakery.

To construct a 34m2 single storey ESB networks substation and customer metering building ancillary to the existing manufacturing facility.

A change of use of the children’s play/leisure centre (Pl. Ref. No. 077993) to a retail warehouse (as per previous Pl. Ref. No 04/5959) with an extension (319sqm) and alterations to the existing car park, all with associated site works.

Permission for retention of the sub-division of a warehouse from 1 number unit to 3 number units each with independent access, retention of a first floor storage area and associated internal stairs in unit 1, retention of external building elevations consisting of; 1 number double door and first floor level window on the south elevation, 1 number window on the west elevation located at ground floor level, 1 number roller shutter door and 2 number single doors on the east elevation, and all associated works.

The construction of 26 no. residential units and 1 no. childcare facility [218m2] across 4 no. 1-3 storey blocks. The residential element comprises of 12 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments and 14 no. 3 bed duplex apartments in a scheme at Market Green, Knockgriffin, Midleton, Co. Cork. The development constitutes a second phase of the development to the south permitted under planning reference 17/5516. The development also includes the incorporation of part of the existing commercial car park to the east to be used as part of the private open space for the residential development [to the rear of block A]. The proposed development also includes the reconfiguration of the existing commercial car park to the east for improved access and to facilitate parking for the childcare facility [resulting in the reduction of 8 no. car parking spaces]. The proposed development also includes associated car parking, drainage works, landscaping and boundary treatments, pedestrian crossing, bin storage, surface treatments and all ancillary site development works including two no. vehicular access points to the south.

Permission for retention of existing first floor mezzanine storage area (213 sqm) and roller door to northern elevation. Permission is also sought to construct a two storey extension (1192 sqm) containing a ground floor storage area, enlarged first floor mezzanine storage area, additional administration areas and enlarged production area along with all associated works.
