Site planning risk brief

Construct: a) cow house with three no. slatted slurry tanks, b) straw storage shed, c) dungstead with seepage holding tank, d) concrete cow path with slatted soiled water holding tank, e) calf house, f) slurry transfer channel, g) slatted soiled water tank in existing cattle holding yard, h) concrete ramp, i) raise wall of existing open slurry tank, j) earth walled bund to existing overground slurry tank and carry out all associated site works.

Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling house.

Permission for raising of ground levels with inert soil and stone to improve the agricultural potential of the lands, it will include the upgrade of existing site entrance onto local road L-4021-25, construction of temporary haul roads, installation of surface water management measures, site signage, installation of a wheel wash and portacabin for the duration of the work and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.

Construction of farm buildings. The proposed buildings shall consist of housing of bulk storage tank, associated plant room and farm office and works will also include an effluent storage tank and all associated site works.

Permission for the following: 1. Demolition of disused calf housing, 2. Retention of existing agricultural building to include cubicle and straw bedded livestock housing along with slatted slurry storage tanks, 3. Construction of a) Agricultural building to include straw bedded calf housing, extension to existing milking parlour, crush and roofed waiting yard, b) Agricultural building for the storage of agricultural machinery and dry goods, along with unroofed dungstead, c) Soiled water tank along with associated site works. - Extension of Duration to Permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 16/250.
