Site planning risk brief

1) Refurbishment, alterations and extension to the existing dwelling house, comprising of: 2) Construction of 3 no. rooflights to the rear of the existing dwelling house, 3) Construction of a new single and two storey extension. 4) New below and above ground services. 5) Ancillary works. 6) All other associated works including boundary wall.

(I) Permission for retention and completion of alterations and porch extension to dwelling under construction - referred to as the upper house (change of plan to that permitted under Planning Ref. No. 18/4146), (II)Permission for retention and completion of minor elevational changes to dwelling under construction - referred to as the lower house (change of plan to that permitted under Planning Ref. No. 18/4146, (III) retention and completion of garage to serve both dwellings with green roof and landscaping, (IV) Retention and completion of external steps with lift, (V) Permission for retention of textured concrete walls on the west and south site boundaries and (VI) all associated site works

(i) retention and completion of alterations and extensions to dwelling under construction - referred to as the Upper House (change of plan to that permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 18/4146), (ii) retention and completion of minor elevation changes to dwelling under construction - referred to as the Lower House (change of plan to that permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 18/4146), (iii) retention and completion of garage to serve both dwellings including roof terrace with 1.8m high screen on the west elevation and (iv) retention and completion of external steps with lift and associated site works.

Demolish existing extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing shed/store. Permission to refurbish and alter existing dwelling, modifications to existing window and door openings and construction of a new extension to the rear of existing dwelling. Permission to construct a new dwelling, modifications to boundary treatments, new site entrance and associated site works, proposed connection to public water main, public storm sewer and public foul sewer for 2 no. dwellings, construction of storm water attenuation tank with associated site works.

Permission for construction of front and rear extensions, elevational changes, demolitions and internal refurbishment including landscaping and all associated site works to an existing dwelling.
