Permission to erect floodlights to existing playing pitch

To construct a new site entrance and car parking area with lighting, a new playground, a multi-use games area, a new playing pitch, a new walkway with lighting, new allotments and all associated site works.

Permission for retention of as built two storey extension with link to the rear of the existing residential care facility providing 2 no. self-contained apartments and 6 no. ensuite bedrooms and ancillary facilities including plant room, new boundary treatments, widening of entrance/driveway, landscaping and associated works (change of plan and layout from that permitted under planning reg. no. 19/4962) on a site to the south of the Cois Dalua Care Facility

(i) Construction of a new two storey pitched roof extension with glazed link to the rear of existing residential care facility to cater for an additional 8 residents (ii) Extension of existing carpark area to provide 8 additional carparking spaces (iii) Installation of new waste water treatment plant to serve the new extension (iv) Decommission of existing waste water treatment percolation area (v) Installation of new raised sand/soil percolation area to serve both the new and existing waste water treatment plants (vi) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission for demolition of the existing single storey storage outbuildings to rear of the existing residential care facility. Construction of a new single storey pitched roof office and storage building to the rear of the existing care facility with new vehicle access. Extension of the existing carpark area to provide 6 no. additional carparking spaces. Relocation and extension of the existing external refuse area. Internal layout alterations for the addition of 3 no. bed spaces, ground works to allow for additional garden areas, and all associated internal & external works necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission for the construction and operation of a 20-bedroom residential care home, the construction of a storage shed, electrical substation, switch room, service yard, covered storage area and enclosure; the demolition of existing agricultural sheds and outbuildings, reconfiguration of existing internal access routes, revised carparking layout, the provision of hard and soft landscaping, internal footpaths, bin storage areas and external lighting and all associated site development works and retention permission for alterations to the eastern site entrance including demolition of existing walls, pillars and gate.
