Permission for construction of a single storey extension to the north-west side of existing dwelling with proposed skylights; demolition of part of the existing house to the north elevation, alterations to the existing dwelling including; replacement of the existing sloped roof at the rear with a new flat roof, removal of one chimney, replacement of the existing porch roof with a new hip roof, application of new sand and cement render painted white, installation of new windows and doors, proposed timber and rail fencing, proposed metal access gates, to existing site entrance, new proposed wastewater treatment system, internal modifications including bathroom and utilities and all associated site works.

The construction of a new part single storey, part two storey, detached dwelling including all associated site works, drainage works and associated landscaping.

The construction of 2 no. three storey apartment buildings containing 33 no. 2 bedroom apartment units and all associated site development works at Inis Álainn, Carrignafoy, Cobh, Co. Cork. One of the proposed apartment buildings will provide for a ground floor creche facility. The proposed development is a change of plan application from that previously permitted by Cork County Council Planning Reference 21/5240 (ABP-313634-22) and comprises the replacement of 2 no. permitted three storey apartment/duplex buildings which contained 16 no. apartment/duplex units and a two storey detached creche building. Ancillary site works include the provision of bicycle and bin storage facilities and amendments to permitted public open space areas. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network of the existing Inis Álainn residential development.

The construction of a residential development of 71 no. residential units, a two storey creche with ancillary bin stores and bicycle parking facilities and all associated site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 9 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 1 no. 4 bedroom terraced dwelling, 23 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings and 22 no. 3 bedroom terraced dwellings, in addition to a three storey apartment building containing 8 no. 3 bedroom duplex units and 8 no. 2 bedroom apartments. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the extension to the existing Inis Álainn internal road network permitted by planning reference 19/4376 (amended by 20/4244). The proposed development also provides for a separate pedestrian access from the L-7023 to the west.

The construction of 76 no. dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 35 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 33 no. 3 bedroom terraced dwelling houses and 8 no. 2 bedroom terraced dwelling houses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network of the existing Inis Álainn residential development.. Extension of Duration to Permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 19/4376

The construction of 14 no. dwelling houses consisting of 6 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 8 no. 4 bedroom townhouses and all ancillary site works. The proposed development is a change of plan from that originally permitted under Planning Reference No. 19/4376. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network of the existing Inis Álainn residential development. Planning permission is also sought for the omission of Condition No. 2 of 19/4376 which restricted the number of residential units to be made available for occupation before completion of a childcare facility within the applicant’s landholding.
