It is proposed to amend the permitted opening hours to 09.00 hours to 22.00 hours on Monday to Friday and 09.00 hours to 21.00 hours on Saturday, Sunday and public/bank holidays. The application site is c.0.56 ha, located on New Catherine Street, Store Street, Green’s Quay and Lower Browne Street.

Permission for 1) The demolition of an existing vacant habitable detached 2 storey dwelling, a single storey shed built against the old stone boundary walls, and an ancillary single storey out-building; 2) The construction of a new part 3 storey, part 4 storey, mixed use development consisting of one ground floor commercial unit, 13 no. residential units, carparking, bicycle parking, and associated bin storage areas; 3) including all associated site works.

Permission for development of this site at 135 North Main Street, Youghal, Co. Cork P36CF85, a protected structure in an architectural conversation area. The development will consist of 1: Alterations to shopfront to North Main Street. 2: Installation of roof-mounted solar panels to rear-facing roof slope.
