The construction of a two-storey facility upgrade to the side of the existing manufacturing facility and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development will consist of the demolition of part of the existing building and the construction of a two-storey facility upgrade comprising of a new product development area with ancillary staff facilities at ground floor and a new staff canteen and ancillary spaces at first floor level. The proposed development will be carried out on a phased basis and will include the removal of the existing temporary offices and canteen.
