For extension to previously permitted housing development granted under Pl. Ref. No's 22/748 & 24/61295. The development will consist of; construction of 6 no. two-storey terraced houses in 2 blocks (5 no. 4-bedroom and 1 no. 3-bedroom houses); relocation of sewage pumping station to comply with Uisce Eireann requirements and connection to access and services permitted under Pl. Ref. No's 22/748 & 24/61295, together with all associated site works
