Site planning risk brief

For the installation of a 27 metre monopole telecommunications antenna support structure carrying antennas, remote radio units (RRU's), dishes, cable ladder, gantry pole, site lamp, concrete plinth, supporting fixtures, concrete foundation together with ground-based equipment cabinets, palisade fencing, gates, GPS and all associated site development works to provide for high-speed wireless data and broadband services

For 1. Construction of an extension to existing club house/dressing rooms. 2. Upgrading of 668m of pathway around the existing pitches. 3. Addition of 300m of extra pathway around existing pitches. 4. Pedestrian lighting to be installed to the new and existing pathway and all associated site works at Carrownagarraun, Tuam, Co Galway.

Of: a) retain & extend sand based training area and, b). the erection of 4 No. 12m high lighting columns to provide floodlighting to the training area & all associated works

An equipment store and ancillary site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 34.4 sqm

For a fully serviced prefabricated classroom adjacent to existing childcare facility. Gross floor space of proposed works 48.16 sqm.

For the construction of a dwellinghouse, domestic garage and all ancillary site works and services. Permission is also sought for an entrance junction to serve the proposed dwelling and to maintain future access to the rear backlands (gross floor space 224.2sqm)
