Planning permission is sought for single storey extension to front, side and rear of existing house, for new utility/games room, also single storey porch extension to front, new single storey lounge to rear and all associated site works.

PERMISSION: For change of use permission of The Lodge from existing residential use to a community facility. The proposed use will maintain the existing single storey layout to include counselling rooms, office, kitchen, staff and accessible toilets.

PERMISSION & RETENTION: Retention of existing extended rear garden storage/ office/ gym, permission for a ground floor extension to create link between existing dwelling and new proposed family ancillary accommodation to replace existing storage /office/ gym to rear garden, with internal modifications and associated site works.

The development will consist of the erection of a single storey prefabricated modular building abutting the existing crèche facility.
