PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought to repair and renovate these 2 interconnected buildings (previously granted permission 0379/95). PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development consist of the restoration of the existing granite flagstones to the platform and steps at the front door of the house. Any shortfall in granite is to be made up with salvaged or new matching granite flags. The iron railings are also to be strengthened and repaired and missing cast-iron corner posts, stays and other parts are to be replaced with new matching cast-iron and forged iron parts.
