A kitchen/ bedroom two-storey extension to the rear and all associated site works.

A first floor extension to the side of the house with a new fully hipped roof over in conjunction with a side dormer window to include two new bedrooms. An attic conversion with dormer window to the rear to include office space and study. A single storey ground floor extension to the rear with flat roof over. Two new roof lights to the front roof elevation. All for extended living accommodation.

Planning permission for development will consist of a first floor extension to side of existing house to include 2 new bedrooms and a new attic conversion with dormer window to rear to include new bedroom and office space, internal alterations and all associated site works.

The development will consist of a two-storey and part single storey extension to the rear of the semi-detached two storey house. It will also include an extension to the side at first floor level above the existing garage. The proposed roofs will be hipped and pitched to match the style and materials of the existing roof. The works will also include internal alterations at ground and first floor level and will include all landscaping, drainage and ancillary works and services.

Conversion of his attic to storage and a bathroom including changing the existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a velux rooflight to the front and a window to the new side gable wall, all at roof level.

Permission is sought for the removal of the existing pitched roof to the side extension and replacement with new flat roof, incorporating a new flat roof single storey extension to the front and rear and new window in the existing gable. Permission is also sought for widening of existing pedestrian gate to form a new vehicular entrance onto Lein Gardens and all associated site works to facilitate development, all at 7 Lein Gardens, Artane, Dublin 5 by Gemma Foley.
