Permission for alteration/extension of the existing two storey semi-detached house comprising construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear, a two storey flat roof extension to the front and side, provision of an attic dormer to the rear roof slope with 1no. velux rooflight to the front roof slope and associated site development including widening of the existing vehicular access and provision of a new pedestrian access to Maywood Lawn.

Planning permission for demolition of part of the existing kitchen and outbuildings and construction of a new single storey extension to rear comprising enlarged kitchen, utility room and outside store, raising the roof of the existing converted garage, internal alterations, relocation of side gate and widening of vehicular access.

Proposed (1) demolition of part of an existing rear single-storey element & the construction of a new single-storey extension, to rear (2) first floor extension to side, over an existing single storey side element of dwelling & (3) alterations to north side of dwelling, vis:- (a) the insertion of a velux rooflight, & the removal of an existing chimney, to the existing 2-storey hipped roof & (b) the insertion of 2 No high-level windows, & a side door, (in lieu of an existing door), to the existing single-storey side element, all at 5, Maywood Lawn, Raheny, Dublin 5

The development will consist of blocking up a front window, the installation of external wall insulation to the front, side and rear of the existing structure, the removal of the front chimney stack, the widening of the existing vehicular access to Maywood Crescent and all associated modifications and site works.

RETENTION: The retention of the alterations to the front facade of the extended house (as approved under planning reference No.3073/24 ). it is also proposed to include for the continuation of the plaster band between the original brick work and render level from the adjoining property across the new render finish to the front facade of the house.

PERMISSION: For a new first floor extension with pitched roof to the side of the existing house to house a new bedroom and bathroom, all over the existing ground floor garage and part of the existing kitchen area. Proposed works are also to include the conversion of the existing garage to form a new study, the extension of the ground floor area to the side of the existing kitchen space and the addition of a single storey flat roofed extension to the rear of the house. Plus all associated site works.
