B) The construction of a new two storey extension to the side of the property and a single storey lean -to roof to the front. C) The formation of a new side entrance, with an overhanging first-floor structure above.

Development will consist of a new ground floor only detached building in the rear of the existing site to be used for Gym/Office and Storage and all ancillary works.
