The development will consist of the conversion of existing attic space for habitable use, the installation of metal clad dormer extensions to side and rear roof pitch, minor internal alterations and all ancillary works.

To widen vehicular access to facilitate off street parking.

Two-storey front and side extension; ground floor front bay window extension; single-storey flat roof rear extension; Velux rooflight to the front roof slope; and widening of the existing front vehicular access with new dropped kerb.

The development will consist of: 1. a new two storey extension to front of house, 2. single storey extension to rear, 3. two new high level windows to side of house at ground floor and one new high level window to side at first floor, 4. widening of existing vehicular entrance and 5. all associated site and landscape works.

Conversion of attic to storage, including a dormer window to the side and a dormer window to the rear all at roof level.

The development consists of a first floor extension to front and rear, single storey extension to rear and a porch to front of existing dwelling. The development will also include a new single storey games room/ garden shed to the reae of the back garden.
