Permission for the following works: A) proposed combination of single story and two story flat roof extensions to rear of existing building B) associated internal modifications and site works to include widening of the existing site entrance.

RETENTION: The development consists of amendments to existing bungalow dwelling including single storey extensions to the sides and to the rear of the house; internal alterations; new rooflights to the existing roof; amendments to existing windows and doors; new window to the front of the house; external wall insulation; solar panels; all associated site-works, ancillary drainage and landscaping.

The development will consist of amendments to existing bungalow dwelling, including for; new ground floor single storey front, side and rear extensions, relocation of dwelling front door, provision of first floor bedroom window to front gable, and all associated site development works on a site area of 0.051ha.

Planning permission is sought for the following works: (i) The construction of a new part single storey part two storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling with pitched roof on the first floor element and flat roof on the single storey elements (ii) The conversion of existing garage to habitable space (iii) Construction of a single storey extension to the front of dwelling with flat roof and projecting porch canopy (iv) New dormer window and velux roofights to the rear of existing roof (v) widening of existing vehicular entrance onto Baymount Park and all associated site & landscaping works necessary to facilitate the development all at 29 Baymount Park, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03 E226.

Planning permission is being sought by Aine & Martin Commins for development at 211 Mount Prospect Avenue, Dublin 3. The development will consist of the construction of a single storey garden room in the rear garden (of house under construction reg. ref. 3383/21), associated landscaping, drainage and site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Minor alterations to existing two storey side/rear extension reg. ref 2182/01 including the partial demolition of the single storey rear extensions, and side shed, demolition of 2 no. chimneys, the construction of part single storey/part two storey rear extension, extension to existing shed side, new locations for skylights in main roof, widening vehicular entrance and associated works.
