Planning Permission - modifications to the permitted Nursing Home comprising:- Reconfigured basement, decrease in floor plate of building, decrease in floor area of building; reconfiguration of floor plans to provide an additional 17 bedrooms bringing the total to 151 bedrooms and providing separate external access to common facilities within a 5 storey over basement structure. Modifications also include redesigned external gardens, an additional 8 car parking spaces and associated site works and services.
