PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning Permission for development at existing dwelling house at 22 Castlewood Park, Rathmines, Dublin D06 W8F1, a protected structure, to include: (a) the removal of an existing single storey lean-to-annex and lean-to-shed abutting boundary; (b) the construction of a first floor extension of 8.5m2 and a ground floor extension of 32m2; (c) the relocation of existing north facing window to ground floor return; (d) the construction of new entrance door to ground floor rear return; (e) modifications to some internal walls in existing return; (f) reinstatement of timber sliding sash windows to first floor of main house (front and rear); (g) re-roofing of extended rear return with blue bangor slates; (h) the construction of two new conservation rooflights to rear main roof and one new conservation rooflight to first floor return to replace existing; (i) the conservation and repair of existing historical features.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: RETENTION: Permission for the following: The development consists of the following works1) alterations to existing roof & attic areas to provide 23 sq m of home office and storage. Works include installation of 3 no. roof lights in rear slope of existing slate roof; insertion of new timber stud walls and floor structure within existing attic space and installation of new stair connecting attic to existing first floor landing. 2) construction of 12.6 sq m single storey extension & alterations to existing single storey area both located to rear of property. Works include removal of existing roof and alterations to existing ground floor external wall, provision of extended and reconfigured slate pitched roof with ridge height of 3.945m, eaves of 2.410m, 4 no. roof lights.

RETENTION: This application relates to Retention Permission for modifications to the previously approved development - Ref 3824/18, at 15A Church Gardens, Rathmines, Dublin 6. The modifications consist of: 1. Omission of proposed basement. 2. Reduction in area of the Artist Studio and addition of courtyard canopy. 3. Enclosure of insert terrace at first floor level. 4. Reduction of the proposed number of rooflights. 5. Modifications to proposed roofing materials, elevation materials and some openings arising from minor internal changes. 6. Reduction in the height of the two-storey structure.

PERMISSION: To provide a new first floor extension. The development will consist of a proposed new first floor staff room,corridor, staff changing room toilet and shower (total area 50m2).
