Kenilworth Bowling Club Ltd, intend to apply for planning permission to include a Sessional After School Care Facility for Davencrest Ltd T/A Kids Inc. at the Kenilworth Bowling Club Pavilion, Grosvenor Square, Rathmines, Dublin 6.

PERMISSION: For the provision of 4 number 10-meter-high corner mounted LED floodlighting masts to the existing all-weather carpet bowling rink.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission to construct a single storey garage with a pitched roof and all associated works to the rear of No.51 Grosvenor Square, Rathmines, Dublin 6. Vehicular access to the proposed garage is via St. Clare's Avenue. No. 51 Grosvenor Square is a Protected Structure.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought to replace the present non-compliant windows at first and second floor level, front and rear, with traditional timber up and down sashes.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of works to this protected structure, including the construction of a patio, bin storage area and 3 cycle stands in front garden, part of the garden to have a reduced level.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Works to include the replacement of concrete beam with new concrete beam and supports at rear garden wall, replacement of existing metal gate with new motorised metal gate, granite lime mortar repairs to existing rear garden wall and all associated site development works.
