Alterations to existing hipped roof comprising of raised gable wall to side elevation, extension of roof to gable and provision of a 'dutch' half hip to same also addition of a dormer to the rear roof to form new attic storeroom and all ancillary site works.

Planning permission for the demolition of domestic shed and permission to construct new ground floor and first floor extension to the rear, 2 no. rooflights to the rear of existing roof and open porch to front of the existing house.

PERMISSION & RETENTION: 1. PERMISSION for demolition of existing garage at rear/side of dwelling and construction of a 37 sq/m garage/ shed in the rear garden of existing dwelling. 2. RETENTION for removal of railing and plinth at the front boundary, widening of driveway entrance and modification of the driveway to accommodate 2 cars. 3. PERMISSION to extend the path dish to facilitate safe access to the driveway.
