Planning permission sought for: (1) single storey extension to the side to incorporate a new porch to the front; (2) widen the existing vehicular access driveway to 3.6m; (3) conversion of the attic area to include removal of hipped roof profile and provision of a gable end roof with window to the south elevation at attic level; (4) provision of a dormer window to the rear roof and 2 no. flat roof windows to the front roof area.

Works to include refurbishment of existing dwelling and attic conversion to storage space, modification to existing front (north) elevation, and to existing side (east) elevation. New glazed rooflights, two to the existing side ground floor flat roof area, one to proposed ground floor flat roof to the rear, one to the existing first-floor flat roof area to side and three to the rear roof plane at attic level. Works also to include the widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.6 metres, relocation of pedestrian access to side, along with all associated landscaping & site works.

The development will consist of attic conversion for storage use with dormer roof and windows to the rear, including new stairs and ancillary site works.

Planning Permission is sought to remove a window at the front of an existing extended semi-detached two storey house and replace it with patio doors and glazed side screen for escape in case of fire.

The development will consist of the partial removal of the front wall and moving the pillar by 1.1m to widen the vehicular access to the site in order to facilitate safe and efficient off street parking at the property at No. 7A Danieli Drive, Artane, Dublin 5, D05 X016
