Construct a single storey extension to the rear to the existing school situated in the Western area of the site (Eircode D11E306) including all associated ancillary site works.

Planning permission to extend existing car parking area and ball court area situated in the southern area of the site (Eircode D11E306).

The development will consist of: • Demolition of existing single storey element to the side/ rear of the existing house • Construction of new detached two storey 2 bedroom dwelling in the side garden • New vehicular entrance to measure 3M wide to Shanliss Road and pedestrian entrance to Ballymun Road • All associated site and ancillary works and connections to public services

The development consists of the demolition of the existing front garden wall to allow for the construction of new vehicular access to the front of the existing dwelling off Gateway Place. The application is to include landscaping and all ancillary site works as required.

The construction of a single storey, 5.6 sqm, flat roof extension to the front of 50 Silloge Gardens, Ballymun, Dublin 11, D11 HW98, to provide an accessible shower room and accessible bedroom at ground floor level.

Permission is sought to enclose existing covered entrance way to south elevation and form new gym as well as to relocate main entrance door to east elevation with new metal canopy over the entrance, to form new access ramp and steps to new entrance and associated site works.
