Permission to widen existing front vehicular site entrance at 25 Rostrevor Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6.

Permission is sought for the widening of existing vehicle access gate to approx. 3.6m to the front of 6 Rostrevor Road, Dublin 6, D06P5W9.

Planning permission is sought for alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey detached dwelling, comprising the construction of a new single storey extension with pitched roof to rear, and the construction of a new first floor extension above an existing single storey flat-roofed extension to the rear, together with revisions to existing window openings to front, side and rear elevations, new Velux rooflights to the roof, and all ancillary site works.

The development will consist of: •Demolition of the existing rear conservatory structure and alterations/ part demolition of the existing single storey garage to side of dwelling •Construction of a new single storey extension to the rear and side and first floor extension to rear of existing dwelling •New rooflights to the rear roofslope and associated attic conversion, •2 no. new first floor windows and blocking up of existing window ope to side elevation and covered side passage walkway at ground level •All associated alterations to the elevations, internal alterations, site, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works.

The development will consist of: the conversion of most of the garage at the side of the house into habitable space including the replacement of most of the flat roof of the garage with a pitched roof and its extension at the rear as well as the removal of a shed and a ll associated site works. Minor alterations to the rear elevation of the house are also proposed.

Planning Permission is sought for works to existing bungalow dwelling at 21 Rostrevor Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6, D06 K8H7 for Denise and Gary McCarthy. Works to include: demolition of existing chimney to main dwelling, internal alterations, relocation of front entrance door, changes to existing openings position and sizes, external insulation, 6no. new skylights and solar panels to south facing pitch, all to allow for reconfigured layout internally. Planning permission is also sought for relocation of main vehicular entrance piers and gate by 1 meter and all associated site and landscaping works.
