The development consists of a take away pizza restaurant within a former shipping container (14.52 sqm) with associated signage 4.5 sqm positioned on the tarmacadam surface in the car parking area operating Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 1pm and 12 midnight and Friday to Saturday between the hours of 1pm and 1am.

RETENTION development will consist of a 20 foot long by 8 foot wide steel container which serves hot food and drinks positioned on the tarmacadam surface in the car parking area. Operating hours are Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 3:30pm and all ancillary works.

Retention permission of an existing 3 No. Antennas attached to the facade of the building and 1 No. dish at roof level together with associated equipment and cabinets as previously granted under local authority reference 2069/10. The development will continue to form part of Meteor Mobile Communications Ltd existing and future telecommunications and broadband network.

Planning permission is sought for: (a) construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling; (b) 2 no. rooflights; (c) ancillary site works

The development will consist of the removal of the existing porch and single storey garage and the construction of a pitched roof single storey extension to the front and a pitched roof two storey extension to the side of the dwelling to comprise ancillary family accommodation, hard and soft landscaping and for all associated works above and below ground.
