Ref. no. 4141/99, alterations to external dimensions/height, attic level bedroom, 3 no. "velux" roof windows, 2 no. on-site front parking spaces, pedestrian side entrance.

Refurbishment of existing apartment at first floor level including revised elevations and construction of a second floor extension (approx.38 sq.m) to the apartment including roof terrace with glazed screens.
