Permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

The development consists of the demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear and a single storey boiler house to the rear and for the construction of a single storey extension to the rear and for all associated works.

Permission for development which consists of the construction of a part single,part two storey extension with roof terrace and new external doors to the northern facade, a two storey infill extension and two storey stone clad entrance canopy to the eastern (front) facade, addition of internal floor area within the existing atrium void at first floor level, demolition of existing chimney, new lift shaft over-run at roof level, screening to plant upgrades at roof level, extension of the flat roof over the exisiting western stair core, replacing all existing windows and doors, new building signage next to the entrance along the eastern side of the building, new railings around the perimeter of the building, and all ancillary site works.

Proposed (a) single-storey extension to rear (b) single-storey extension to front, involving modifications to an existing single-storey front extension & (c) fenestration alterations to side, at ground floor level, including the insertion of 2 no windows & the relocation of a door.

1. A new porch to the front of house at ground floor level. 2. A single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling at ground floor level. 3. A second storey extension to the side of the house above existing ground floor converted garage. 4. An attic conversion with Velux style windows to rear elevation, including extension of existing hipped roof over. 5. Inclusive of all associated windows and site works.

PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of permission to retain attic conversion including dormer window to the side. Permission is sought for a single storey extension to rear and side to include a B.B.Q. area and canopy.
