Planning permission is sought for the construction of an attic conversion with dormer to the side and to the rear of the house.

Planning permission is sought for development comprising alterations to previously approved planning application Reg. Ref. 2599/19. The proposed alterations consist of: (i) omission of previously approved attic level extension and associated stairs; (ii) construction of first floor extension (15sqm) to the rear; (iii) alterations to east facing window associated with the kitchen; and (iv) all associated ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development.

Planning permission is sought for the removal of the existing single-storey extension to the side and rear and the construction of a new part single-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear. The proposed work includes a new vehicular entrance and car parking area accessed off Blackheath Park and the relocation of the front door together with all associated landscaping, drainage and site works. There is currently a planning application at this address, Reg. Ref: 2599/19 which is subject to 1 month for potential for judicial review / final grant of permission.

Planning permission is sought for the removal of the existing single storey extension to the side and rear and the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear and an attic conversion with a dormer to the side. The proposed works include a new vehicular entrance and a car parking area accessed off Blackheath Park, the relocation of the front door, 1 new rooflight to the front and 3 new rooflights to the rear together with all associated landscaping, drainage, and site works.

The development will consist of (i) Demolition of existing single storey extension to rear of dwelling; (ii) Construction of new two storey extension to rear of dwelling; (iii) Construction of new single storey extension to side of dwelling; (iv) Internal and external alterations and reconfiguration to accommodate the proposed development; (v) The proposal also includes all associated rooflights, landscaping, boundary treatment, site engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.

Planning permission is sought for: the demolition of existing rear extension and the removal of existing chimney, the construction of a new two storey extension to rear and new first floor extension to side, new attic room with dormer roof construction to rear, alterations to front elevation, addition of rooflight to front of existing roof, the construction of bike storage to front garden, and all associated site works.
