Permission is being sought for: 1) First floor extension over existing converted garage (with new roof to match existing and two new roof lights to side) to provide one new bedroom, storage & family bathroom- total area: 19 sqm, 2) Revisions to front elevation of existing converted garage, 3) Conversion of existing attic (with new dormer window to rear) to provide additional (habitable) bedroom/office space- total area: 16.8 sqm, 4) Widening of existing vehicular entrance to front by 600mm, 5) All associated site and development works.

PERMISSION & RETENTION For the following (A) Planning permission for the widening of the existing vehicle entrance and associated adjustments to the front garden and front boundary wall, plus all associated site works. (B) Retention of the alterations to the roof over the existing garage conversion and original single storey kitchen projection to the side of the existing house.

The development will consist of the provision of a new first floor and attic level extension [48sqm] to the side and rear of the existing house, and above the in-progress ground floor rear extension [37sqm, exempted development under construction], including new dormer window to rear and side facing roofs, with all associated services and site works, on a site area of 0.065 Ha.
