The development will also include all other necessary associated works required to enable the construction and operation of the facility. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been prepared and is submitted as part of the planning application. It should be noted that this facility is identified as a Lower Tier site under the COMAH directive, furthermore the facility has an existing Industrial Emissions Licence which is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. All required licences and plans will be reviewed as required.
