PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development at No. 1 Belgrave Place, Rathmines, Dublin 6, consisting of a ground floor extension to side of house, including glazed roof and new structural opening to original side wall of house. The house is a Protected Structure.

PROTECTED STUCTURE: Permission for development consisting of the following principal elements: 1. Demolition of existing screen wall and gate to the rear garden of the existing property; 2. Construction of a detached Garden Building of two stories over small basement, the upper storey being in the roofspace, to the end of the rear garden to accommodate a wine store at basement level, garage at ground floor level and an artist's studio at the upper level. The new structure will have a barrel vaulted roof with a dormer window facing north into the rear garden of the existing house; 3. New hard and soft landscaping on the garden side of the proposed structure; 4. The development will include all associated drainage and site development works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for proposed works to No. 24 Belgrave Square South, Rathmines, Dublin 6, a Protected Structure, consisting of the following principal elements: 1) Provision of a single car parking space in the front garden of the existing Protected Structure. 2. Modifications of existing cast iron railings to front to accommodate inward opening vehicular access gates, including concealed automatic closing devices. 3. New hard and soft landscaping to front of house. 4. Dishing of existing pavement in front of proposed vehicular entrance.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development will consist of the replacement of front sash windows with new painted timber double-glazed sliding sash windows to match the existing and the re-slating of the main roofs with blue Bangor slates.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: RETENTION: The development consists of the replacement of existing sash windows on the front and rear elevations of the main house with new low energy double glazed sash windows with similar appearance to those removed.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: Refurbishment and extension of the existing building, reverting the current arrangement of a two-storey dwelling over a basement apartment back to a single 3-bed family home. Works include repairs to the existing original windows, brick wigging to the front elevation, reinstatement of the stairs to the lower ground floor, thermal upgrades to the existing house, a new single-storey extension to the rear, the creation of a new vehicle access for 1no. car parking space to the rear, demolition of the derelict lean-to extension to the rear, and all associated site works. The building is within a conservation area and is a protected structure.
