PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for a 2m high by 750 mm wide metal sculpture to be permanently erected on the grounds of St. Patrick's College Campus, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. The proposed development comes within the curtilage of a Protected Structure, Belvedere House (Ref.: DU018-012001). Hard landscaping, sculpture lighting and seating to be provided at sculpture location.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The site is bound by Milbourne Avenue to the South and Ferguson Road to the West. The development will consist of the raking and repointing of brickwork on all elevations of the Water Tower. Works to the parapet including the replacement of clay balusters. Removal of vegetation, biological growth and debris, and the installation of external feature lighting to illuminate the Water Tower at night.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development at Block F, St. Patrick's College Campus (Protected Structure). Drumcondra Road Upper, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. The development will consist of the change of use of part of the existing ground floor accommodation (90sqm) in Block F from educational use to retail use.

Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and construction of part single storey part two storey rear extension with flat sedum roofs, replacement of existing windows and external doors, rooflights to rear roof slope, installation of rendered external wall insulation, internal alterations, and associated site works.

Planning permission for proposed new single storey extension to side and 2 storey extension to rear incorporating demolition of existing storage shed to side and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for the construction of a single storey 77sqmts extension to the north of the existing school to accommodate 1 no. classroom with en-suite w.c.'s, a 12.5sqmts extension to the west of the school to form a new entrance lobby, internal alterations and associated site works.
